Afro Aloha in collaboration with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated will be hosting a private screening of The Color Purple. A portion of proceeds will directly support Delta Sigma Theta's scholarship fund for high school seniors on Oahu.
Suggested Attire: ALL PURPLE
Film is rated PG13.
Ticket required for all attendees of all ages.

Stephen Hill
Stephen Hill is an American actor and Hampton University alumni, best known for his current role on the reboot of Magnum P.I. as Theodore Calvin, which is filmed in Hawai'i.
Magnum P.I. is currently in its 5th season and is top ranked among network shows.
With over 20+ years of experience in the tv and film industry, Hill continues to evolve creatively, adding photography to his already impressive resume.
You can also see Hill as "Buster" in The Color Purple.
Hill currently resides on the island of Oahu and will be honored at our private screening of The Color Purple, on December 9, 2023.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was founded on January 13, 1913, by 22 collegiate women at Howard University to promote academic excellence and provide community assistance. The Hawaii Alumnae Chapter has served the island of Oahu since 1983. Since 2010, Hawaii Alumnae Chapter has awarded $56k in scholarships to graduating seniors on the island of Oahu.
